I measure success using various KPIs, including user satisfaction scores (surveys) and analytics data such as task completion rates and insights from A/B testing. Techniques like journey mapping and user session recordings provide a deeper understanding of interaction patterns, helping to identify areas for improvement.

Complementing this, qualitative methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing provide invaluable insights into user motivations and perceptions.
